Free UK Delivery On Orders Over £50
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery for any order over £50.00 (excluding Scottish Islands, Highlands & Northern Ireland). For orders under £50 there is a small charge of £3.75 due to the increased costs of couriers.
If you are located outside of mainland UK, please contact us for a shipping quote on +44 (0)1476 513801. Some very large items such as lifting equipment and commercial vehicle tyre changers will incur an extra delivery charge.
Parcel must be under 30kg and in one box. For large orders that require multiple boxes or palletising may be subject to further carriage charges.
NOTE: We Can No Longer Ship Fluids Outside of the UK Mainland.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Our products are usually dispatched between 1 – 2 working days (providing they are in stock and not bespoke items) using a next day delivery service unless otherwise agreed.
Bank Holiday Ordering
Our office and warehouse are closed at the weekend, during bank holidays and Christmas. All orders placed during these periods will be dispatched as soon as the team return to work.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. For orders outside of the UK, VAT may be applicable at your local rate. You are responsible for paying any VAT or Duties applicable in the country of destination. If parcels are returned to us by the Courier due to Non-Payment of Duty or VAT then this will be deducted from your refund.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. NOTE: We do not offer refunds on bespoke made items or for custom orders that are a non-stock items.
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date. For a full refund, goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition complete with documentation and manuals. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not refund postage and packing. Please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1476 513801 or email at email@example.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods and to obtain a Returns Number.
If you have received an item you did not order, or a faulty item, please contact the team by telephone on +44 (0)1476 513801 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of this and we will arrange a refund or a replacement, depending on what you require.
Any goods believed to be faulty by the customer, not fit for purpose or damaged may be returned to The Tyre Equipment Company at the customers cost.
The product will be assessed by The Tyre Equipment Company and if proven to be faulty or of inadequate quality. A replacement product will be offered free of charge. If returned goods are proven by The Tyre Equipment Company or by the manufacturer not be faulty then the original item will be returned at our cost.
The Tyre Equipment Company will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to the company unless a collection was made directly by The Tyre Equipment Company.
